At Honolulu Pickleball Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Package Your Gear
Securely pack your unused paddle or apparel in its original box, ensuring all protective films and tags are still attached.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our island team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
